This qualification has been created to support the development of managers to understand their role in creating inclusive cultures in the workplace. It is ideally suited to middle managers who are accountable to a business owner or senior manager in an organisation. It is aligned with the CMI professional standards.

Additional Information
The level that you start at is dependent on your previous experience and education. Prior to signing up for a CMI course, we will carry out an analysis with you to ensure that you choose the qualification that best meets your needs. It is possible to progress from an Award to a Certificate and a Certificate to a Diploma.
Successful completion of the Certificate and Diploma qualifications will give you Foundation Chartered Manager Status. This is an exciting step if you wish to become a Chartered Manager.
