The Develerate CPD Personal Money Management Course

This course is one of our Personal Development and Employability Courses and is the shorter of our two personal finance courses with just 4 hours learning time, delivered online with an online assessment.

This course is designed to help you achieve your financial goals by making you think more carefully about money, how to budget better and how to save it. The course also covers interest rates and how they might affect your financial decisions, whilst helping you to become more aware of your daily, weekly and monthly spending habits and how you could put your money to better use rather than spending every penny and borrowing unnecessarily.

By the end of the course you may have started to rethink your attitude towards money, by learning how to use savings in order to manage your money better and see it go further. You will explore different types of credit and examine the true cost of borrowing – including the dangers of the consequences following missed payments.

You will also have a clearer understanding of how much of your earnings you actually take home on payday after tax and national insurance deductions and develop an understanding of other potential deductions and entitlements that you may be eligible for.

At the end of the course you will receive a nationally-recognised CPD qualification and a printable, personalised e-certificate.

If you fancy doing something more in-depth then our Managing Personal Finance Course takes a deeper dive into managing your money effectively:
