Successful completion of the Certificate and Diploma qualifications will give you Foundation Chartered Manager Status. An exciting step if you wish to become a Chartered Manager.

Which CMI Training is right for you?

Whether you’re keen to get trained in your own time or you’re choosing the right course for your team members, it can be a daunting prospect, but don’t worry, we are here to help!

The level that you start at is dependent on your previous experience and education. Prior to signing up for a CMI course, we will carry out an analysis with you to ensure that you choose the qualification that best meets your needs. It is possible to progress from an Award to a Certificate and a Certificate to a Diploma and we will make sure that you are on the right course of study before you lay out that initial investment in yourself or your team.

At present we offer the following courses as an Award (8 weeks) Certificate (26 weeks) or Diploma (52 weeks). Instalment plans are available for Certificates and Diplomas

Our Team Leading and Management and Leadership qualifications are an ideal way to help you connect with your team and learn how to guide your them to meet the objectives of your organisation. Many of us get promoted because we are good with people but then realise we don’t have any experience to lead. These courses are designed to bridge that gap, from Level 2, when you may have aspirations of team leading, all the way up to Level 5 for practising middle managers with their eye on a senior position, to help you work your way right to the top.

Coaching and Mentoring training

We consider coaching and mentoring to be key skills when it comes to team leading and our Level 3 and 5 Coaching and Mentoring training will help you to establish strong coaching and mentoring skills in the workplace and figure out the best fit for individual members of your team.

We also offer Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training as an 8-week certificate. This increasingly crucial qualification has been created to support the development of managers to better understand their role in creating inclusive cultures in the workplace.

Are you ready to take your next steps towards being a better manager? We offer tailored packages for businesses and individuals with specific units that are relevant to your workplace. All of our CMI-accredited courses include full access to the CMI web portal, which offers a huge range of resources and reference materials to aid your studies. You will also benefit from CMI membership for the duration of your course. We can deliver your training online or in person, or in a blended format using both methods.
